I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You did an awesome job at my wedding. All of my guests thought so too as I received tons of compliments not only regarding the food, but also how you took care of Mike and me. You truly were my wedding coordinator as well as my caterer. Everything ran so smoothly and I love that Mike and I didn’t have to go through the buffet line. We actually had a chance to eat something and it was the best of the tastings by far, which was important since you managed to never let my drink go below half full. I know Mike and I got separated once I went to bustle my dress. We ended up greeting people from opposite sides of the ballroom and you tried so hard to bring us back to each other’s side. We appreciate your efforts considering neither of us seemed to cooperate. Thank you also for setting up the centerpieces, favors, etc. and for taking care of our guests with the passed hors’douvres and wine. Mike and I had a fantastic time and look forward to seeing the pictures.

Words cannot begin to express the gratitude and warmth that my fiancé, James Reeves, and I felt on September 14, 2001 for your staff. Let me begin by explaining our situation. James and I were to marry on August 10, 2002. We had employed your company to be, our catering service and had already placed the thousand-dollar deposit that was required. However, my fiancé is an active reservist for the United States military. Due to the tragic events in our nation, the possibility of him being called to serve his country seems almost inevitable. Wanting to be husband and wife prior to his departure, our fairytale wedding day has now become merely that of a "fairytale" and we are to be married by the Justice of the Peace in the coming weeks. Hoping to recover some of the deposit placed, we notified your office and in the matter of merely one hour we had a check in our hand.
However, this beautiful story does not end there. Included with the check was an extra fifty dollars on behalf of T.J.'s catering with the wishes for us to enjoy a nice dinner. The gesture moved our hearts and brought tears to our eyes. To some, this may seem of mere importance. However, for my fiancé and me this warmed our hearts during such a saddened time. My fiancé may have to leave me to defend our country from those who wish to do harm. Yet, in this city, in a small building on West Dallas, there are those that still have caring hearts. And to US, that bestowed a glimmer of hope. With the words of "God bless you and take care", we left your office with the world looking a little bit brighter in our eyes. Words cannot express our thanks and gratitude.
We also hope that one-day in the future when our "fairytale" does come true that you and your staff will be there to cater our wedding. We intend to recommend you to everyone possible in need of a caterer. A letter commending your business has also been sent to the Houston Chronicle and the Houston Press Copies of those letters have been enclosed. Again, thank you and God bless you.

One of my favorite events that TJs did for me was our "academy awards" party at the historic Majestic Theatre. We had approximately 300 people there.
